ACP offers thousands of products to service the janitorial
supply industry, everything from paper, trash liners, chemicals, equipment,
and all related supplies.
ACP is building a better store through customized shopping,
secure credit card transactions, and unmatched customer service.
Finding products
If you know what you're looking for, use our search
feature, located at the top of every page of the store.
If you're not sure what you want, ACP offers a variety
of starting points and features to help you decide. From our Home Page, browse
our product categories (links in the left column), or take advantage of our
promotions and specials.
For search tips and more information on shopping, choose
"Searching and browsing" in the Help Desk menu.
Putting items in your Shopping Cart
Next to each item in our store is a box to enter the
quantity you wish to purchase. Start by putting the quantity in the box next
to the item(s) you wish to purchase, scroll to the bottom of the page and
click on Add to Shopping Cart. This will take you to the Shopping Cart page.
From there, you can continue shopping or place your order. You can also remove
items from your Shopping Cart or delete the entire order at any time before
placing your order.
Completing your purchase
Once you have chosen the items you wish to purchase,
click Proceed to Secure Checkout. On the Checkout Page you will be asked
to fill in your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Name, Address, City,
State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Email Address. All this
information is required to place your order. The Sub Total of your order
will show along with your Shipping Charges, and Tax (if applicable). Copies
of our Cancellation Policy and Return Policy will also appear.

Delivery
ACP offers
shipping UPS ground
and common carrier designed to balance delivery speed and cost. Your shipping
options will depend on the type and quantity of merchandise you choose to
buy and your shipping address.
All available shipping charges will be displayed in
your Shopping Cart before you place your order.

Credit card safety
ACP uses the latest technology to protect your credit
card information and will never store your credit card information on our
server at any time, for any reason. Therefore, your credit card information
cannot be compromised from our server. You can place your orders using SSL
encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you can telephone,
fax or email your card information to us.
As reported in a recent Knight-Ridder News Service article
(which appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer), "In 1997, there were no reports
of credit-card information stolen on the World Wide Web during a transfer
of information over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line, the kind of line used
by Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer. There were no slip-ups.
None."

ACP Privacy Guarantee
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address,
credit card information (we do not store credit card information anywhere
in our system), or personal information to any third party without your
permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where
we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a
customer.

Secure Transactions
ACP uses the latest encryption technology and other
methods to protect your credit card information. You can place your orders
using our server's SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions)
or you can telephone, fax or email your credit card information to
us.

Changes to our Policy
Our Policy is intended to provide you with the safest
and most secure shopping experience possible.
Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve
the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy
at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will
notify our customers via email. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy
for changes.
For your protection, all ACP employees are required
to abide by ACP's Privacy Policy.
